New Media Alliance Television (NMATV) Releases Daring Film: “Barack Obama Vs. The Law” Today

April 6, 2009 - New Media Alliance Television (NMA TV - www.nmatv.com ) announced the launch today of its daring new film, “Barack Obama vs. The Law.” In the film, controversial Attorneys Dr. Orly Taitz, Mario Apuzzo, and New York City’s WOR talk show host Steve Malzberg make the case questioning Barack Obama and his constitutional eligibility for the presidency of the United States.

Bob Parks, NMA TV’s Executive Director and the film’s producer, is quick to point out that “we don’t take any position as to whether President Obama is or is not constitutionally eligible to be President…We do feel, however, that important facts and very reasonable questions exist around this matter that deserve to be heard by the American people. That’s why we made the film.”

To be sure, this is a touchy issue, even for Conservatives. Gary Schneider, Founder and President of Heritage New Media Partners, Inc., which owns and operates NMA TV, stated that “for a number of reasons even top conservative pundits and organizations are afraid to discuss the issue of Obama’s citizenship qualifications and have refused to support us. We just want to let the facts speak for themselves without the spin and censorship that often surround politically explosive issues. It’s time for this to live or die based on a proper and fair airing of the merits alone.”

Barack Obama vs. The Law Trailer Released

We've pretty much wrapped up the post-production work on Barack Obama vs. The Law, a documentary that gives you a great overview of the questions that are central to the legitimacy of the Obama presidency. Featuring interviews with Dr. Orly Taitz, attorney Mario Apuzzo, and WOR radio talk show host Steve Malzberg, this controversial new film is set to be released very shortly for public viewing.

The inconsistencies surrounding Obama's hidden past have probably been bothering you already. If not, then Barack Obama vs. The Law will help demonstrate why they should.

Allegations of foreign birth, fraud and conspiracy are becoming the hallmarks of the nascent Obama administration, and this film, produced and directed by NMATV Executive Director Bob Parks, goes where no other media production thus far has dared.

NMATV and AFA Stand Up to Fox Network Demands

NMATV stands behind
AFA and their boycott of PepsiCo's sponsorship of a "Sexually Offensive" episode of Fox's The Family Guy

March 27, 2009
New Media Alliance Television (www.nmatv.com) is standing firmly behind the American Family Association's boycott of PepsiCo, in their FCC complaint drive against the Fox Broadcasting Company's sexually offensive, anti-Family,
anti-Christian content included in a recent airing of The Family Guy.

FBC has threatened (via email) NMATV for copyright infringement, while failing to acknowledge the video's legal use being covered by The Copyright Act of 1976 Fair Use provision (http://www.copyright.gov/title17/92chap1.html) that reads in part,

107. Limitations on exclusive rights: Fair use

Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 106 and 106A, the fair use of a copyrighted work, including such use by reproduction in copies or phone records or by any other means specified by that section, for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use), scholarship, or research, is not an infringement of copyright.

The video segment, uploaded to NMATV, was embedded onto the AFA website, in which "criticism (and/or)comment" was included. Or see the video here on NMATV.

NMATV was also the subject of an online attack during the afternoon of March 26, 2007 after Bob Parks, NMATV Executive Director, refused an email demand (from an unknown person) to immediately remove the video.
